Pet Food Manufacturers’ Association to attend PATS for first time
The aim of activity at PATS will be to strengthen relationships with pet retailers and find out how PFMA can best support and give them a value added service on the subject of pet nutrition. With 73 members and representing 90% of the UK pet food market, PFMA works closely with nutrition experts throughout the industry as well as independent experts throughout Europe and is therefore in a very strong position to give great nutrition advice.
In 2016, PFMA has focused on developing an array of generic nutrition tools and resources. The range of flyers, posters, fact sheets and other weight management tools are available online for retailers to download and share with customers. Already very popular, these online tools have helped the association win the Trade Association Forum’s ‘Digital Campaign of the Year’.
