  • The launch of Sustainability Ambition 2030, a flagship framework providing a clear and practical pathway for the sector’s long-term sustainability progress.
  • Expanded veterinary engagement through a nutrition CPD programme delivering over 20 hours of learning and reaching 170 veterinary professionals.
  • Continued engagement with government and regulators to support proportionate, effective frameworks for pet food safety and standards.

The report showcases the breadth of work delivered in collaboration with members and partners, as well as UK Pet Food’s continued role as a clear and credible voice for the sector.

Over the past year, UK Pet Food has continued to build momentum across our core priorities, supporting a safe, responsible, and progressive pet food industry. A key theme has been feeding pets wisely, strengthening confidence in evidence-based nutrition and helping to counter misinformation in an increasingly complex information landscape.
