In response to the alarming rise in pet obesity, UK Pet Food is proud to announce the launch of an interactive and educational tool designed to empower dog owners with the knowledge and resources to combat this pressing issue.

UK Pet Food is at Sandown for PATS in Gold Box 3 to welcome existing and potential members to join them for a networking lunch from 1230 on Monday 27th March. PATS attendees can also book a 20-minute slot for bespoke advice from UK Pet Food by emailing [email protected].

UK Pet Food has announced a new online Pet Food and Nutrition Course, which runs 21 February – 2 March 2023.  The webinar series has been organised following the success of previous events and is open to all pet care professionals interested in pet nutrition and pet food production.

UK Pet Food is working hard behind the scenes with our members, Government, and the wider food sector to minimise any disruption and to help support pets and their owners during this current crisis.

Claire brings a wealth of experience to the role following many years as a representative on the PFMA Executive Committee and Chair of the Sustainability Committee.

In November, PFMA welcomed it's third Associate Member, Anthesis Ltd, on-board.

The Royal Veterinary College (RVC) are currently investigating a spike in cats presenting with the symptoms of pancytopenia. This is a condition which causes a deficiency in all types of blood cells. Symptoms can include fever, pale gums, blood in the urine and faeces and bleeding from the nose.
