Tracey Banks, Climate Action Programme Manager, British Retail Consortium Tracey leads on BRC’s Climate Action Roadmap initiative, working to galvanise and accelerate the UK retail industry’s ambition to achieve Net Zero by 2040, through convening members to catalyse collaboration, policy and action. Prior to BRC, Tracey founded and ran a circular grocery delivery business. |

Balwinder Dhoot, Director of Sustainability and Growth, FDF Balwinder spent over two decades as a Civil Servant working for a number of Whitehall departments, including BEIS, FCDO, UKTI (now DIT) and time outside the Civil Service at Ofcom. Having joined Defra in various roles encompassing the food system and farming, he covered policy areas such as trade, productivity, workforce issues, food supply and food strategy. Prior to the EU Referendum, Balwinder worked on policy challenges impacting food around Brexit and Covid.
